Ever wonder how to pinpoint which foods are making you feel energetic, groggy, or even sad?  Join us as we dive into a simplistic approach to wholesome nutrition and how to choose which foods are best for you!  We will explore all food groups and how each impacts us, from inflammatory and agitating to gut-healing and mood- boosting.  Each food plays its role in making or braking your everyday wellness.
